If you are lucky enough to get on their network and get 8 meg broadband it is capped out of usefulness. And your telephone will no longer function. Sometimes it will. Others it won't - not even 999. Which could be mildly inconvenient.

Ofcom said it sounded like a network capacity issue, i.e. not enough wholesale call time and lines purchased.

this site is being developed into a fully fledged portal for customers of TalkTalk to engage with the company and take action. Hopefully a class action law suite will follow whereby we can sue mr Dunstone's Frankenstein into delivering the services they promised you or pay up the compensation for their lack of ability to deliver.
